Paul is the President and Founder of Fusion Search Group. During his 25+ years in search, Paul has completed more than 400 assignments, a majority of which have focused on Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Sales & Program Management, Project & Product Management, Purchasing & Supply Chain and Finance & Accounting. Emerging entities, growth companies, and Fortune 1000 corporations have sought Paul to build the right leadership team for their specific situation, talent that meets both the challenges of a global economy and those inherent in corporate maturation.

Paul served in the U.S. Navy prior to beginning his recruiting career. He is a graduate of Oakland University with a degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to starting up Fusion Search Group, he spent 14 years working for two of the largest search firms in Oakland County. Paul is an industry expert having built and run the internal Talent Acquisition department for Meritor. During his tenure at Fusion Search Group, he has been involved in several startups and plant reorganizations.
He was published in the May 2009 edition of GI Jobs Magazine in their Senior Enlisted Profile section. He also retired from the U.S. Navy Reserves after 22 years of service as a Chief Petty Officer.
